§MULTIPLE LISTIG SERVICE (MLS) FOR $1,495.00 PLUS DISBURSEMENTS.

The $1,495.00 is payable upon signing and includes the following:

1.Professional opinion of value.
2.Uploading your listing onto your local real estate board for 60 days.
3.Uploading your listing onto www.REALTOR.CA.
4.Installation and use of a Flat Fee For Sale Sign.
5.Use of a Lock Box.
6.Book Showings of your property for REALTORS.
7.Negotiate offers.
8.Co-ordination and delivery of paper work to lawyers.
9.A $1,495.00 credit should you choose to upgrade to our Full Service Program.

§DISBURSEMENT FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE  $1,495.00
A.Feature sheet package, paid at signing………………$100.00 for 25 sheets
B.Additional real estate boards, paid at signing……….$100.00 each
C.Advertising (per issue) payable in advance…………..$(find out rate)
D.Additional 60 days on REALTOR.ca……………………$1,495.00
E.Fee payable to Buyer’s REALTOR (paid at closing)… Your Choice
F.If you (the Seller) introduce & show the Buyer (not represented by another REALTOR) your house, you can then eliminate the fee to the Buyer’s REALTOR and replace it with our negotiation fee of $1,495.00.

*All Services and Disbursements are subject to applicable taxes and are paid at signing, with the exception of the Buyer’s REALTOR fee, which is paid from the proceeds of the sale. Fee payable to the Buyers REALTOR is typically 2.5% or the equivalent dollar value.
